This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.glitria.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
•       Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
•       You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase.
•       A dispatch confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
Standard Delivery
•       Delivery within 5–7 business days
•       Available across India
•    Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,699
•       Standard delivery: Rs. 59 on orders below Rs. 1,698
Express Delivery
•       Delivery within 2–3 business days
•       Available in select metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata)
•       Charges calculated at checkout
Tracking Your Order
All orders include shipment tracking. You will receive your tracking link via email and SMS. Use this link to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Delivery Address
•       Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.
•       Glitria is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
•       We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges will apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us at  info.glitria@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

All serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not yet available.
