About Our Jewellery
Is Glitria jewellery solid gold?
No. All Glitria pieces are gold-plated — crafted from a high-grade base metal and coated with an gold finish. This gives the look and warmth of gold at an accessible price point.
What does anti-tarnish mean?
Anti-tarnish refers to a protective coating applied over the gold plating that resists oxidation — the process that causes jewellery to turn dark or green. Our coating significantly extends the life and lustre of your pieces.
Is Glitria jewellery truly waterproof?
Yes. Our pieces are treated with a waterproof sealant, making them resistant to water from daily activities such as handwashing, showering, and light rain. For prolonged exposure — such as swimming in pools or the sea — we recommend removing your jewellery as a precaution.
Is Glitria jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our pieces are made with nickel-free base metals and are suitable for most skin types. However, individual sensitivities vary. If you have a known metal allergy, please check the product description or contact us before purchasing.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, UPI, Net Banking, all major wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing info.glitria@gmail.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed.
Is COD available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across India. COD charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (available in select cities) takes 2–3 business days. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is something we're working towards — stay tuned.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and typically reflect within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. Please email info.glitria@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
