All Glitria pieces are crafted with gold plating and an anti-tarnish protective coating, making them significantly more durable than conventional fashion jewellery. With a little care, your pieces will stay radiant for years.

Daily Wear Tips

•        Put your jewellery on last - after perfume, lotions, and hair products. Chemicals in these products can gradually affect the plating over time.

•        Remove jewellery before applying sunscreen, body oils, or serums.

•        Avoid contact with household cleaning products, bleach, and chlorine pools when possible.

•        While our pieces are waterproof and anti-tarnish, we recommend removing them before prolonged swimming in chlorinated or salt water.

Cleaning Your Jewellery

1.      Wipe your piece gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils and residue.

2.     For a deeper clean, use a slightly damp cloth with a tiny amount of mild soap. Wipe gently and dry immediately with a soft cloth.

3.     Never use abrasive cloths, toothbrushes, or harsh chemical jewellery cleaners - these can strip the protective coating.

4.     Avoid ultrasonic cleaners or steam cleaning.

Storage

•        Store each piece separately in an airtight pouch or the Glitria box it came in, to prevent scratching and oxidation.

•        Keep jewellery away from direct sunlight and humid environments such as bathrooms.

•        Use anti-tarnish strips in your jewellery box for extra protection during storage.

Resin Radiance Collection - Special Care

Our resin pieces require gentle handling. Resin can be sensitive to extreme heat, so avoid leaving these pieces in direct sunlight for extended periods or in hot cars.

•        Clean resin pieces with a soft damp cloth only - no chemical cleaners.

•        Avoid dropping resin pieces as they may chip under sharp impact.

When to Avoid Wearing

•        During heavy exercise or activities with excessive sweating

•        When applying chemical treatments (hair colour, keratin, etc.)

•        During medical procedures involving heat or UV light
