Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

1.      Email us at info.glitria@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.

2.     Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.

3.     Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

4.     Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

•        Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

•        UPI and bank transfer payments will be refunded to the source account.

•        Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

•        Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or style of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If you'd like to exchange for a higher-value item, the difference will be charged at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

•        Items purchased on clearance or final sale

•        Customised or personalised pieces

•        Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by Glitria

•        Items returned without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info.glitria@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the item and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
