This Refund Policy is issued in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
•       Your item arrives damaged or defective
•       You receive an incorrect item
•       Your order is not delivered within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date
•       You return an eligible item within 7 days of delivery in its original, unused condition
Non-Refundable Situations
•       Items returned after 7 days of delivery
•       Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration
•       Items returned without original packaging or tags
•       Final sale, clearance, or promotional items (marked as such at purchase)
•       Change of mind after order dispatch (unless item is returned as per return policy)
Refund Process
1.     Initiate your return or refund request by emailing  info.glitria@gmail.com within the eligible window.
2.    Include your order number, reason for refund, and photographs where applicable.
3.    Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
4.    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5.    Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days of processing, depending on your bank.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details (account number and IFSC code) when submitting your refund request.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Glitria error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
